• Jacuzzi has been an issue on more than 1 visit, including yesterday. I receive multiple txt re appt confirmation & feedback, but would have appreciated a txt that the jacuzzi was not working. Front desk staff didn't say anything when we checked in. We were give a free add on service massages, which was appreciated. I will say that I'm happy to know that the jacuzzi is closed when there are safety/health concerns. I do think the staff are all professional & service oriented & overall enjoyed the visit.
