• I enjoyed the waterhouse and the massage was very relaxing. The staff was very nice. I would appreciate if the towels were stocked and provided in the bathroom for those who take a shower after, but it was a very good experience otherwise.

• It's easy, not a lot of chaos, I like the private shampoo area. I like that it's private yet it's not one of those tiny little closed in closets and not a lot of blow dryers going. It's a spa lake environment for a haircut.
