I am so thrilled with Pure Power Pilates! I am 62 yrs old & my body feels 10 yrs younger since I joined 6 months ago! The instructors there have “awakened” muscles in my core I never knew I had resulting in no more lower back pain! Standing up straight again really feels good...Thank you P3 Studio
