Beautiful studio - quiet and peaceful. Wonderful instruction that provided me with confidence in my ability. Valya is experienced and brings a tremendous amount of technical expertise to her practice. She is an effective instructor as she carefully and and thoughtfully demonstrates techniques, correcting my technique to ensure I was experiencing the full affects of the routines - and super careful to ensure that I was not in risk of injury. Looking forward to practicing with Valya for years to come.
