Susan always keeps the classes fun and never repeats the same routines, so it’s always fresh and challenging. We chat, laugh, and support each other while we’re all working toward getting stronger together. I especially love that Susan is right there making sure our form is correct so we receive the full benefit of every exercise and the class overall. It makes such a difference!
