It makes us very happy to welcome you to the Pure Passion Pilates family. Thank you for choosing us to help you with your health journey. Our instructors are trained to help with every type of fitness goal and we always continue to learn and grow our knowledge of this very important job we have. Feel comfortable sharing with us any ailments that could impact your workouts since we know how to avoid further damage and may be able to help you. Of course we are not doctors so please always consult with one when you feel it is necessary.
At Pure Passion Pilates you can expect to find every sort of person from all walks of life and every fitness level. Our classes are designed to offer every fitness category from low impact to cardio. Never feel intimidated when walking in. Here our goal is to improve your health at your pace. We all start somewhere!!
When you arrive for your first class, please arrive 15 minutes earlier to fill out necessary forms.
Wear comfortable workout clothing that stretches. No shorts. Non-slip socks are required for safety reasons and are sold at the studio for your convenience. Always remember the importance of stretching. Home is a very comfortable and convenient place to stretch but we also offer stretch classes. Look those up to see what times you can join us.
There is plenty of parking but please be mindful of other business’ parking spots during their open working hours.
