The staff is always so friendly and welcoming. They seem to know who you are and know exactly what you are there for when you arrive and as you are finishing your service. It's great. Natalie, my Aesthetician, is great. She's friendly, knowledgeable and cares about her clients.

Pure Luxe is a very high end spa but all staff are very professional and very reliable. I have never had a bad experience there. I recommend the spa to anyone! Well worth the money. Very talented staff that makes you feel so welcome.
