Well the main reason is because I felt better almost immediately after the drip started, but the staff was very friendly and accommodating. My nurse checked on me several times to make sure I was comfortable and did a great job treating me. The room I was in was comfortable and cozy, I watched Netflix while the bags emptied. I probably could have taken a nap had there been a catheter in my arm and not a fat needle, but I’m sure there’s a medical reason why they leave the needle in.
