First of all, I just love that this is in Jacksonville. I have been to several similar places in New York and California, and so happy to see that we are becoming more progressive with our healthcare in the city. The nurses and staff were so kind, the rooms were comfortable, I like your membership packages, and I think the price is reasonable. Highly recommending it to all of my friends.

The environment was very relaxing, staff members are sweet and I felt a million times better after my infusion. I'm especially thankful to Casey, I called her and asked if walk ins were accepted, after she told me yes, I let her know I was on my way. Once I got there, there were two customers at the desk but she still took me back before them because I called! :)
