  • I went in so stressed after a horrible week in work. I was so tense and I didn't even realise. I left like a new person , so zen and felt like my body had totally freed up. I hadn't been to pilates in over a week and worried I might be a bit off. But there were lots of different options based off how people felt in that moment and that was great too to have the option of doing what felt right. Sarah is excellent
