Pure Body is great! All of the teachers are very knowledgeable, but they still cater to beginners if you need it! It’s my favorite Pilates studio in Houston!
Love Lindsey’s classes. No one is ever the same and she keeps each class interesting and challenging. I’ve been doing Pilates for over 20 years in Los Angeles and now Houston and have finally found a Pilates home.
