• My appointment started on time, the stylist listened to what I wanted done with my color & offered several suggestions on how to best achieve those results without any pressure to actually schedule another appointment. Then she was able to get me in her schedule very quickly.

She even removed the damage and showed me how to care for one of my main concerns. My hair will be in her care going forward. Courtney gave me some confidence back and I am thankful.
