I'm a PBO student of many years. This robo-survey is a little weird.
Great group expereince
I have referred people to PBO in the past and they have been happy.
1. Quality of the instruction
2. Professionalism of staff and teachers
3. Ability of teachers to put students at ease
4. Classes are relaxed and fun
5. Diversity of teaching tools...i.e. classes, social media, social events, specialized classes like Boot Camp, flexible scheduling
Teachers are great.
Fabulous teachers; lots of practice speaking; and a safe place to make mistakes. Plus fun classes!
