I enjoy the classes and find the Zoom format very convenient. I also agree with the PBO emphasis on conversation to build a familiarity with Spanish conversation that is actually useful in communicating in Spanish. A big shout out to the administrative staff! They have always come through swiftly and pleasantly when I've had a question or a need.
My only complaint would be the policy of not allowing students to use classes they have purchased if they wish or need to cancel their subscription. I would probably commit to more classes were it not for that policy.
I never knew that learning a language could be so much fun!

I have been taking classes with PBO for almost 3 years, and I have learned so much! I look forward to continuing!
