• Motivating coaches, lovely ambience. Sometimes I think the programmes could be worked out a little better. When pairs perhaps split the arms between two stations a in order to be able to get more out of it. To offer some boxing with steps and movement to even more replicate a boxing ring. But I love coming to punchlove!!!
