• I found the trainers very friendly & informative & made me feel welcome. Kel showed me the techniques on Monday, how to use the app. and how to bandage my wrists & watched while Idid everything. Vanessa today introduced me to other members & buddied me up with one of the girls which was terrific. She also spent a lot of time with me, getting the techniques right. Looking forward to the next session.
