• Punch love is the most motivating gym I've been to. I look forward to my sessions and genuinely find the hardest part is picking what night to come because all of the coaches are amazing!

• The trainers are absolutely incredible and always make you feel included, confident and safe and they never judge you even if you cant do everything every other person can. They make an effort yo get to know you and are always just warm, excited and wonderful people who give you the motivation and drive to get fit. The classes and the studios are well thought out and there is never a dull moment with Punch Love. There is also always something fun coming up wether its a special class or a movie night to make everyone feel excited and to help make friends
