• Whether you attend class alone or with a buddy, the atmosphere is that of working out with friends. The coaches are amazing & supportive, the other class attendees are friendly & welcoming. The workouts are well though out & varied. Coaches are able to provide alternative exercises if you struggle with anything for whatever reason. There is absolutely no judgement here - we are a community of women with different abilities, levels of fitness, age & body type, & we have fun! I'm the laziest person ever, so if I'm motivated to keep going back then they must be doing something right!
