  • It was a good work though I wasn't expecting so many repetitions. With Pilates the movement is slow w/out all the reps. I was sore so that's a good sign and I did like the band. I think it would be awesome to utilize the barre more. You might consider getting TRX equipment as that is also a great way to strengthen the upper body. I think the key to having a great work out is variety and not so many reps especially if you have a committed clientele. This will help maintains a fun atmosphere and help the class go by fast. Maybe having classes focusing on barre, TRX, pulse barre, or Mat Pilates might open your target base. I loved the studio, the merchandise and its location. Your website is even beautiful. But variety is the spice of life! 😉 Best Debbie
