Clear instructions from the teacher with excellent visual demonstrations with different levels given. Good communication via email and zoom. Great app that is easy to navigate. Lovely smiley teachers who always greet you by name

I had a lovely day, every session was engaging and very enjoyable. I was feeling stressed out so all the relaxation and meditation was just what I needed. I loved finishing it all off with Hannah's sound bath. All the instructors were great too. Thank you PNY for a great day and it was all free! X
