The entire program in itself felt relatable to the everyday problems I've been dealing w/for years. All my questions were answered, I didn't feel pressured to enroll and I didn't feel rushed either. I didn't feel like a 9am appt. I felt like he really wanted me to understand how they help every person individually. It doesn't promise overnight success but it does leave flexibility to adjust as we go based on the response of my body and lab results. I felt like this was a one-person program designed just for me. Exactly how I feel. The firsthand experience of the owner was helpful to understand the simplicity of the program and the part I'm responsible for while they hold my hand to reach my goals. While weight loss isn't my main goal, as a side effect of this program, if I can feel like myself again I will tell everyone I know about this, regardless of people's "outside" appearance. I fit a "skinny fat" description and I hate it because I feel horrible internally. I look forward to learning and adapting to a new lifestyle while understanding why my body is responding like it is. The more information I am provided, the better for me to grasp. I really enjoyed our introduction meeting alongside my husband since he wants to feel better too but he has completely different goals than I do. I don't do "diets" but I'm hopeful for the first time in 10+ yrs about my overall health. I will do this!!
