Rachel and Jeff were super nice and calming. I was really unsure about doing a wellness and weight loss program, and they made me feel really comfortable. Also, Jeff spent a lot of time talking to me, educating me, and I never felt rushed or pressured. He was always really positive and never made me feel bad about my weight, or health, or concerns.
