The initial positive experience was when I called for info about your services. The receptionist was able to give me some good info over the phone. She was also aware of the conditions I mentioned, like Hashimoto's and the MTHFR gene mutation. I was seriously impressed by that! I took advantage of your special for the body composition scan. I was just as impressed with the consultation! He took so much time with me!!! I brought recent labs to the consultation. He went over them, and took the time to examine the how each function works, and how those functions were being affected by my conditions and weight. This was opposite of the experience I had recently with a dietician who was simply guessing about what might work for me. Sorry, I've been done with guessing doctors for quite some tome time now, thank you very much. He gave me a breakdown of your 12 week weight loss program. I like how everything is included in one price. He also advised me that I would be given a detailed statement at the end that I could submit to my insurance for full/partial reimbursement. That was certainly a plus! I also looked up reviews and they were all very positive. I believe I may have found the medical "detectives" that I've been looking for all my life! Thank you, again, for taking the time and for being so knowledgeable, prepared, professional, and so relatable!!!🙂
