#1. Upon entering, I saw a clean, well-maintained, tidy environment. I was welcomed by a warm, genuinely pleasant receptionist. Also a nicely dressed man (obviously staff or a doctor who was showing another visitor out) also welcomed me. #2. There was not a long wait as well as the waiting room did not have clients waiting. #3. In session, I was given information that both matched or exceeded knowledge I have around health concerns that I need help with. #4. There was a program offering that could fit my financial resources. #5. The programs offered appear beneficial and comprehensive. Further, quality appeared to be a priority. However, I will withhold actual recommendations until I have enough experience with the program to know if I could recommend it confidently.
