I've been getting waxed by Tatiana for years now. She's extremely friendly, professional and quick! I go to her for Brazilians and she makes a pretty awkward uncomfortable situation not feel so bad.

This was my first time going to 'Project Beauty'. I called to make an appointment for a men's back wax and left a voice message. Tatiana was prompt with returning my phone call when in-between clients. She was very polite, professional and made a sincere effort to accommodate my time frame. With her being fully booked and my not wanting to wait a week, Tatiana was willing to come in at 8 a.m. on a Saturday morning for me. I secured the appointment. She called back later to offer a time that would be more convenient for me. The slot opened after someone had to cancel. Before even meeting her I was impressed by her customer service. And just as she came across on the phone and texts confirming the appointment, she is a pro when it comes to her services. Her busy work schedule is no surprise and to me a reflection of her commitment to her clients and her work. I wish her ongoing and great success!
