My attendance to Progressive Pilates allows me to maintain good levels of movement critical for daily life. I have recently had a total hip replacement and with the expertise from Progressive Pilates both prior to and post the surgery the recovery nothing less than stunning. I was able to walk with no aids, and barley a limp at 3 weeks post surgery.
