The people in the wellness lounge are so friendly and welcoming, and the lounge smells so nice with the aromatherapy diffuser they use. The music is soothing and calms me right when I walk in the door! There is a wonderful library of books on self-care from all sorts of categories. They have lots of mind-body tools for stretching and self-massage, too. You can sit and relax while you chat with the staff about your wellness needs, or you can chill if you’re stressed or even eat your lunch there! And of course you can enjoy a fantastic massage chair with headphones to block out the world and listen to nature sounds to escape. I like to let the staff dispense some essential oils from the aromatherapy bar after my chair massage and let it absorb in my skin to top it all off! Such a nurturing place...I can’t wait to book some sessions with their health coaches, massage therapists, and acupuncturist!
