Jackie was super sweet, professional, and patient. I felt very comfortable even when I changed my mind to actually cut my hair. She let me know right away that I wouldn't 100% get the results I wanted (my hair was too brassy). She told me she'll try her best to and she did. I love the way my hair came out and I will be back for a touch up.
