First time Customer so my experience from making the appointment to the end was a great one. The woman who answered the phone and took my appointment for the bold and beautiful with the eyebrows and lashes, explained to me what that entailed and she was spot on that I would be so excited and happy with the end result. Tracey did my service and she did a wonderful job and was just fun to talk to and work with.
