Jacquie is wonderful! She's friendly and a good listener to what I'm looking for, adding helpful suggestions. I love the scalp massage during my shampooing (great stress relief!). I appreciate no pressure on buying products (I've been to places that put a lot of pressure so it's nice to not have to deal with that). Jacquie added some curls in at the end and it looked great. I'm so happy with my cut! Thank you, Jacquie!!!
