1) Sienna was so nice and informative throughout the entire process. She's super friendly but more importantly, did a beautiful job. 2) environment was clean and organized. Bright and nicely decorated. Shows pride in ownership 3) everyone working seemed genuinely happy to be there and very kind/friendly to each other. A good work environment makes for happy employees which leads to quality work (in my humble opinion)
