My email exchange with the owner, Kelly, was amazing. Kelly was helpful in getting me to the right person on staff to help me move forward in the best direction. I found the day spa very inviting, welcoming and calming. The front desk specialists were all engaging and listened really well. My hair specialist, Dani, listened to my concerns and came up with the best plan of care for me. I definitely enjoyed her company. I met with Kelly and I loved the conversation and connection with her and my next steps with her. Honestly, this is the first time I've encountered this type of communication with a day spa.
