      Such a great workout! Steve is knowledgeable, puts together excellent circuits, and makes it fun. And, he has 5 AM classes! I never thought I could get such a comprehensive workout in just 45 minutes. Highly recommend!

      I moved to Sac and after trying a few places was invited by a friend to drop into one of the classes...been coming here now 4 years! Steve knows his stuff!! What I love so much is that he teaches correct form and the workouts are functional so they have helped my mobility and me increasing strength for everyday life (no more being winded after a flight of stairs). He also helps tracking progress and gives tips on how to eat based on real life so you can not only maximize results but make lifestyle changes seamlessly. Steve's energy is great and everyone in the classes are fun to workout with. Picking class times is super easy and done right in his app. I can literally join any session time and know it's going to be a fire workout with great vibes all around. I am constantly evolving here and actually seeing results from the workouts!

      After years of joining gyms like 24, I wasn't seeing results and would half-ass my workouts when I did make it in. I had some basic experience with TRX in the past and remembered liking it a lot. I found Procity through Groupon and when that was up, I decided to join as a member for a few months.

      The workouts are designed for all levels but don't think that means it's going to be easy. If Steve sees that you're not challenging yourself, he'll let you know that he's watching you or will make it more challenging for you, ha. A plus of being in a small group training setting is that if your form is off, Steve can come over and help you adjust.

      I typically signed up for the 6am classes, but classes are offered at 5am, 6am, 4:45pm, 5:45pm and 6:45pm. Parking is never an issue during these times and is free!

      I've lost a lot more weight on my own (and still trying to reach my goal), but I have ProCity to thank for jumpstarting my fitness journey and helping me create healthy habits. Having to sign up in advance for classes helped hold me accountable and I somehow became a morning person, weird.

      Joining a new gym can be intimidating because you never know what to expect, but everyone I've met has been friendly or keeps to themselves, which is nice! I know that for me personally when I was very overweight I was afraid to try new places out because I feared people would judge me, but honestly, no one cares about what you're doing and are there to get their own workout in.

      The photo attached is my 2 1/2-3ish month progress photo. My diet could have been a lot better during this time, but I'm happy with the results that I did see.

      I've been a member of lots of different gyms over the years and this is hands down my fave. I've never been stronger and it's a quick in and out 45 minute workout a few times a week. The trainer/owner, Steve, is super cool and we all have a lot of fun during our workouts. If you're looking for a fun place to get strong with minimal time commitment, this is the place.

      Best decision you will ever make. Steve is great and works with my limitations. Being heavier set, going to the gym can be uncomfortable and intimidating. I haven't once felt uncomfortable. The exercises vary day to day and he works on giving you alternatives when you can't do a particular exercise. I especially love the evening classes since I'm not morning person.

      One of my best investments for myself. Starting the membership was the start of my goal to a healthier lifestyle before I turned 40. I started off by going 5 days in a row my first week to get myself used to getting out of the house. After that, I became a member. I have the well known gyms just around the corner from my house, but I always failed to go because once I felt like I got my money's worth, I always convinced myself not to go to the gym. Also, part of my problem was figuring what exercises to do when I got there. Not with ProCity. Steve has our routines planned out each day. I try to go 3 times a week now, which is about 12 to 15 days a month. Within months, my co-workers have noticed a difference in my body. I had slimmed down and toned up. Many thought I was going to the gym for hours every day, but I would tell them it's only about 45 minutes for 2-3 times a week. I was recently diagnosed with breast cancer and had to take a break for a few months while I was undergoing a surgery and treatments from April 2021 to August 2021. I slowly returned in September 2021. Steve was so supportive during this time, and did not push me. I have never felt intimidated at ProCity. Many do modifications to the workouts. When I returned, upper body was a bit difficult, but I took it easy and stayed consistent with attending. I noticed that my upper body strength was back by December 2021. I also love that ProCity is a small business, and Steve is often supporting other small businesses. I encourage others to check it out, especially when you've always wanted to try TRX.

      This place was on Groupon so I decided to buy a 10 class pass to check it out as I've never done any TRX classes before. I'm so glad I did it because the workouts always gave me a boost of energy. Steve is a really nice and fun trainer. He plays good music to really get you in the zone! There were plenty of workouts I've never done or knew what the names were and it helps that he demonstrates each workout and is there to help you/correct you if you aren't sure. There are morning workouts (5am, 6am) and afternoon workouts (4:45, 5:45, 6:45) so you have plenty of options. It is a little pricey to buy the full membership but I'm glad I got to do a test trial with Groupon! Thanks Steve!

      Steve is an awesome trainer! He is extremely knowledgeable in all things fitness and even helped me create my own nutrition plan. I do personal training and classes with him. Both are challenging enough but not overkill. Love this gym and the other members that attend. I have lost 2 pant sizes in just a few months. Definitely worth the money!

      I frequently purchase fitness groupons because I'm cheap and won't pay full price for a gym membership. This is by far the best fitness groupon I have purchased.

      Pros:
      - I didn't die. I was nervous to try TRX but I'm so glad I did.
      - Challenging, fun and different type of workout
      - The workouts vary frequently
      - Steven is an awesome trainer
      - The other gym members are a fun group to hang out with. They make class even more enjoyable.
      - I like the location. Close to my house.
      - Plenty of street parking

      Cons:
      - Hmm, really can't think of any.
