• I have had a membership since the spring. I always make my appointments well in advance. (3-4 weeks). I ask what times are available and I choose one and make the appointment. The last 2 visits I have been asked to change the appointment time. This last time I was given the choice of 4:30 or 4:45. I chose 4:30. It didn't seem to matter what my choice was as I was not called back until 4:41. The therapist is wonderful. I am not a fan of the changing appointment times. My answer would have been a 10 if not for that.
