• Val was incredible in her level of skill. She could laser focus on my trigger points and worked on them with really excellent technique. I have never had a better massage. I've already recommended her to others and my husband finally knows what to get me for Christmas- monthly massages.

• Colette is an amazing massage therapist. She listens and employs several skilled techniques to get the desired results. The end result is a more functional, healed body. I don't know how I'd function without her Myofascial release therapy. The Proactive staff is kind and courteous and the atmosphere is very relaxing.
