• My entire experience was well above average. Making the appointment was easy. I was greeted at the door with friendly and professional help. Colette took me back in a timely manner. She introduced herself and took time to talk over my needs and wants. She was very professional throughout the massage and made sure I was comfortable during the entire service. Her massage was EXCELLENT! I have had many massages with many therapists, and this was definitely top of my list! After my massage, Colette went over different exercises to help my problem areas. I like that she wanted to extend her services to at home remedies to help me. The checkout process was smooth and professional. I have already recommended several people to check out Colette and Proactive. I will without a doubt be back soon!
