• From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a welcoming feeling. I got an idea of how my appointment would go and was taken back quickly for my scheduled time. The room I was in was warm and relaxing. Ashley really took the time to listen to my concerns and adjusted my session accordingly. Within the first few minutes of my session, I felt the stress melting away. I walked in there with pain and left with none. I would definitely recommend Proactive Massage & Bodyworks and will definitely be back.
