• My job requires me to be physical and help people. I have to remember to be PROACTIVE and mindful of my own self care.I got a double dose. I scheduled 2 1hour sessions back to back with 2 different therapists. This was to enjoy the wonderful benefits of this practice. All the therapists have their own unique style and forms of modalities to assist with your needs. Sheka and Caitlyn were fantastic and gave me exactly what I needed to put forth the new season.
