Most salons the people try to talk to you, even if it was obvious you dont want to talk. It was early, I was in a rush and getting ready for a funeral so not in the mood to talk, when we went back Kylie asked some questions but seemed to understand and just proceeded with the service without having to fill it with chit chat, which I appreciated. When I actually did engage a conversation she was happy and easy to talk with. Plus my hair turned out exactly how I wanted and the product actually smelled good and my hair didn't feel heavy from product. The price seemed fair as well.
