When my appointment last week was half an hour late and I had to cancel, the owner called me right away to apologize and make things right. Customer service like it's 1989 again. My wash and dry yesterday was so relaxing and she made me feel so sorry special and listen very carefully to what I wanted done. Will for sure come again!
