• The people are nice and some of the hair people do a good job. Lately I have been seeing Edna and enjoy her work. I was 8 minutes late one morning to see another person and one of the front desk people who was relatively new told me the guy did not have time to do the job because what I was having five takes a half hour and she said I was too late. Yet I could see they had given him a client in my spot. It was the last day if the month so I couldn't make it up. I was so turned off I wanted to discontinue my membership. I'm still unhappy about that. The location is good and convenient.
