Great Scalp massage during shampoo and conditioning Hot towel down first made it comfortable on your neck Comfortable sink Warm towel wrap at end Hanging dryers from ceiling cords stay out of the way Warm initial rinse for shampoo Water pressure amazing! Cool rinse for final after conditioner No water in ears so I didn't need to use q tips although having them handy in case would be great
