• Every salon is different and has good and bad days. North Hayden style on 1/25 was great. Stylist was on time and very prepared. My experience at Waterfront on 1/22 was terrible. I had a 3pm appt and receive verification and later received a "new" verification for 3:45. I called and said I had a dinner party at my house and couldn't change. They said no problem. Called T 2:45 to confirm and said I would be there but parking was though so to be ready. I showed up and the only stylists said Mr would be 29 minutes before she was done with her client and so I waited. At 315 she was far from done with her client so I asked for honest and she said it would be another 20 Minutes So I said I would do an errand. I came back @330 and she was not done -very frustrated. I said I would get a soda and come back , then desk CHANGED MY BOOKING TIME TO 340. As if I changed my schedule. At 3:40 I complained and so another person agreed To wash my hair out to help my scheduled stylist. @ 4 the makeup tech applied my make up while my hair was getting styled. They both rushed like crazy and at 4:30 ... said all done. It was....done...but the finished look and stress was not worth it. I did not tip, as I usually do. This was frustrating. They possibly double booked and refused to acknowledge. Still charged $55 for hair.....1 series for makeup with no sense of customer satisfaction.
