• Kamryn is amazing. I (quite literally) had a hot mess on my head that took her 3 whole hours just to detangle - and Tiera helped for an hour or so too!!! She listened to what I needed and what I wanted and then delivered it, with infinite kindness and patience. I was her priority, and I knew that from the first minute of my appt to the last. I loved my experience (and Kamryn!) so much that I signed up for the monthly service and booked my next appt for a week later! I had called several other valley salons asking if I could pay (the amount didn't matter) to have someone spend hours detangling my hair.; but I kept getting turned away. My hair was so tangled and matted and it was painful and embarrassing. I prayed to God to help me decide whether or not to just shave it all off. Then I came upon Primp and Blow. I called and set an appt for an extension consultation for after I cut all of my hair off to get the matte out. I showed up and the ladies were kind, sympathetic, and said they would block off the open time to work on it right then. I walked out 3.5 hours later with tears of joy in my eyes, feeling like a brand new woman - a beautiful brand new woman. I haven't felt beautiful for so long that I can't remember when it was. Thank you, Kamryn, from the bottom of my heart.
