• Front desk clerk was a little much. We had a membership for a very long time and recently canceled. Didn't know and wasn't verbally made aware at our appointments in July that our 10IVs and 19 injections we had paid for remaining on our account were to expire within 90days of cancellation. I would reconsider a membership if those unused injections and IVs were credited back to my account.
