• The location was clean and professional, but the staff were very personable. I think the decor favors both those looking at things from a performance perspective, such as athletes, and from a healthy living lense such as those with previous health issues or wanting to be preventative with their health. Options for massage chair, while this was my first time in one, as well as recliners is a great variation. After trying the massage chair I wouldn't elect to use it again and so having some flexibility to accommodate that variability in comfort is a good insight. Nothing in my experience felt rushed, and this matters because this service is about health and the staff really exemplifies that in the aspect that the concern is about the customer and not about a quota or bottom line. When engaged with staff it was very close to feeling that I was the only focus on their mind. This differs from our health systems of today and creates a sense of care that is markedly different. While it has been not quite two days from my infusion I do notice some positive difference with none negative. From other family members experience I expect to notice more positive in the upcoming days. This being the only location I or my family have visited I can't speak for other locations, but this one is performing very well from both location and staff, I wouldn't make any drastic shifts in how things are done and maybe gather some insights around what brought those employees to work here.
