• A 9, because it's a small market, no competition so the company can charge the high prices. Also, after signing up for a membership it would have been much better to be offered a booklet about the research and science about some of the IV products. Having more education and understanding on the IV's, to explain to my friends and family. Knowing how and why which IV's are good to get for the type of results the consumer is seeking. I am intrigued and beyond pleased with the results of the IV and vitamin D shot I got, so I gave it a 9.
