• The process was very effective & enjoyable, thank you.. The only negative, which I think was my fault - was I thought I authorized a limited VIP offer for $85. The morning of the appointment, I realized i had just signed up for a $25 consultation. I called the office as soon as they opened & was told the booking is just to set up the time slot, that they'd honor the $85 treatment when I got there. I ended up getting a treatment that was $129 + $25 consultation + tip - twice as much as I intended to spend.. I'd just ask that those VIP deals be obvious to sign up for (not multiple options) & honored on that first visit..
