• As a first time customer, I would have liked more 'introduction information.' Perhaps my technician thought since I was referred by my husband, that I knew everything. This could be an okay assumption for some people, but not a good one about me. I was not sure anyone looked at my intake data. I brought up questions and explanations myself related to a few of the questions to gain more clarity. I would have felt more secure knowing that someone had looked at it to ensure what I was choosing to do was going to be good for me. I would also have enjoyed a brief tour. I know the facility is not large, but again, I would have appreciated seeing everything with a bit of history about the company and that location. Finally, I would have appreciated some more detailed explanations about each step in the process: prep for the IV, how the massage chair worked, and what to do if/when it stopped, the actual IV, the extra additive, etc. All in all, I will certainly be back, but this extra care at the beginning would have helped me give this site a 10.
