• 1. The person at the desk was pleasant and a good conversationalist 2. I was greeted in a warm but professional manner by the nurse who took me back. She was very sweet in all my experience with her 3. Then she was very gentle, and although it took 3 tries to get my vein, she was very apologetic (I was not surprised it took 3 times as I have thin, rolling veins). It also was helpful that the EMT came in and helped the nurse. 4. When I got settled into the chair the nurse came back several times to check on me. 5. The only suggestion I have is to decorate the walls in the first room I went in. It's kind of drab compared to the rest of the office
